After the launch, your alliance goes into day-to-day operational mode. Inventures can help with management services and ongoing operations, including membership data management, workgroup and list management, financial management and accounting, membership invoicing and collections, accounts payable processing, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and board/workgroup administration support.
We can also answer member inquiries and provide information on your alliance's mission, upcoming events, how to join the alliance, status of payments, and so on through our Help Desk.
Executive Director-Level and Program Management Services
Inventures offers executive director-level and program management services that you can use to provide leadership and support within any phase of the alliance lifecycle. Our specialists have experience structuring and launching alliances across a broad range of industries, and developing strategies to drive member recruitment, certification, and industry adoption. We also offer support for marketing and technical programs and other initiatives.
Working Groups
