Financial Management: We handle all aspects of financial management and accounting, including bank account management and reconciliation; membership fee invoicing, processing, and collections; accounts payable processing; and month-end closing. We also provide budget entry and monthly cash flow analysis, and we can also perform investment administration of excess cash (CDs). We provide year-end tax filing and support for independent financial audits.

Membership Services: We manage all aspects of member enrollment, including developing online member applications. We manage all membership data, which is integrated seamlessly with financial data, and secured access to collaboration tools, allowing information and task sharing. For each alliance we work with, we establish help desk services to support inquiries relating to general alliance information, how to become a member, membership and payment status, changes to membership with respect to contacts, and workgroup participation.

Certification Administration Services: We offer a full range of certification administration services, including applications and payments processing, workflow integration with test houses, certification status tracking, posting completed certifications on the website, issuing certificates, and managing and maintaining all certification documents.
Monthly Financial and Membership Reporting: We provide a monthly board-level presentation, summarizing financial and membership status, and help desk service levels. We also distribute month-end financial statements to the treasurer and executive director.
